Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume and fulfillment location.
Many of our products are created or prepared especially for your order. Because of this, additional processing time may occasionally be required.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on your location, selected shipping method and the carrier handling your package.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Rates may vary based on the items in your order, delivery destination and available shipping method.
Any free shipping promotion will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
You may also receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
If your tracking information shows a delay or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us. We will help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or other resolution can be provided.
Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping availability will be displayed at checkout where offered.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside of our control.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy as our store, fulfillment methods and shipping services evolve.
Changes will become effective when the revised policy is posted on our website.
